Floral patterns can often be too cutsey and overwhelming. By coloring them black and white you mellow them but still keep the femininity of the flower.
I recently spotted Courtney Cox in this cute black and white dress and knew I had seen it somewhere before. Turns out it is the Marc by Marc Jacobs Sumi Dress, available at Net a Porter for only $328!
The black and white floral trend is really hot with all the celebs. Check out Carmen Electra, Heather Graham and Jessica Simpson showing that their are a myriad of different pattern possible for this look.
Not a fan of the Marc Jacobs dress? The sexy frock below is the
Marisco Silk Dress by Nieves Lavi, sold at Net a Porter for $360, it will definitely keep you cool this summer.

Hey everyone, I recently got an e-mail from a reader asking about a certain wrap dress that Jessica Simpson wore at the airport in Sydney, Australia.
I just love the look so I searched and searched but I have to admit, I was at a loss. I still am actually, but I did find this look-alike from
Diane von Furstenburg, also seen on Paris Hilton, Foxy Brown (September 11,2006) and Amerie (August 23, 2006):
I hope this helps, and if you want Jessica's Louis Vuitton purse be sure to check out

And, if you want to copy the white eyelet look of Jessica's shoes, these cuties are by

When one thinks of summer fashion, we usually think of sun dresses and shorts. But, celebs are finding that long dresses can be equally cool - and significantly less likely to fly up in a sudden gust of wind! Below, Nicole Richie, Uma Thurman, Jessica Simpson, Paris Hilton and Monet Mazur show off the style.
These free-spirited frocks can be worn by anyone. Here is my favorite, from
Tibi, a steal at $395. Or, if you feel like splurging, the
Matthew Williamson Chinoiserie Print Dress is beautiful, sold for $3,310.

Talk about laid-back! These celebs have been taking the phrase casual dress to a whole new level. Stars have been dressing down and wearing bigger and more relaxed clothing lately. Take a look at Scarlett Johansson's, Kate Bosworth's (at MTV's TRL), Lindsay Lohan's and Kate Hudson's easygoing styles.
The look works best when you keep your oversized look to just one piece of clothing or you'll look like Ashlee Simpson, below. Or, like Kate Hudson (above), wear someting loose but short to show off your legs.
Loose formal wear? It works for Keira Knightley (in Gucci) and Kate Hudson (in Diane von Furstenburg).
It isn't too hard to copy this look, just raid your boyfriend's closet! Or, if you want to go something a little more ladylike try finding logo tops like this
Chloe Girl Print T-Shirt and the
Stella McCartney Oversized Panther T-Shirt.
Want to go baggy on the bottom? Oversized shorts are a great look for the season. These ones from
Chloe and
Miu Miu are available from Net a Porter.
