The dress that Mandy Moore and Sophia Bush wear is a great look for the nautical theme seen on runways. But, if I'm going to invest in something, I would rather have the Peter Som handkerchief top (below), pair it with a blazer and skirt for work- just remove the blazer and add some earrings for night. Or, get some great sailor pants and wear it on the weekend.
